Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) Raised Electricity Prices! With the EMRA decision, the electricity tariff increased by 9.57 percent in the dwelling and 9.26 percent in the industry.
According to the written statement made by EMRA, the electricity sales tariff proposals of the electricity distribution companies were evaluated in today’s meeting of the board.
Raised Electricity Prices decision, In the meeting, to be effective as of October 1, 2011; On a kilowatt-hour (kWh) basis, it regulated its one-time electricity sales prices, including taxes and funds, as follows:
“Electricity rose to 29,578 kurus with a change of 9,57 percent in the dwelling, 24,479 kurus with a change of 9,26 percent in the industrial medium voltage level, and 30,816 kurus with a change of 0,55 percent in the trade establishments.”
