For a long time, 6-8 hours of continuous power outages are applied daily in the Tigris Electricity Distribution area; consumers ask the company for the cause of the outage, company officials, often they get explanations that the outage is not caused by them.
Finally, on 31.03.2015, as a result of a long-term power outage that has not yet been made public; on the same day the General Manager of Tigris Electricity Distribution Inc. posted the following exemplary share on social media.
Tigris Electricity Distribution – Cause of Power Outages
Content aside, what comes to mind first when you read this Share; which is not worthy of a General Manager as a lugat??
Is it incomprehensible that “we didn’t cut the power this time”, as a confession that other outages were on their orders?
Isn’t it deceiving consumers to admit the opposite today when you say that the cuts to this day are not due to you?
Doesn’t denying your staff, who say that the cuts in the region are not caused by your company; put them in a difficult position against the consumer?
After these shares, will your apps and company be trusted?
How much respect and trust do your denied staff have for you.?
Isn’t it against the “Quality of Service” and “Commercial Quality” Regulations for Electricity Distribution and Retail Sales; which you admit with this share, that power outages that routinely continue in your Mission Area are not in violation of the Regulations?, Doesn’t that count as a crime by regulations?
One day tomorrow, if consumers in the region complain about the company because of these power outages, have you considered where this will end?
Let’s say that you do not make power outages other than 31.03.2015, then what does this statement and confession mean, if the deductions are on your instruction, why do you make false statements to the consumer saying “we did not cut”.
It is now up to consumers and readers to decide.
Pen is the most dangerous weapon if you use it without knowing how to use it, you shoot yourself.
