It would be naïve to claim that this application, which I have documents in my hand, was unknowingly or sehven! Because although the consumer has requested a solution to the problem by specifying all legal regulations in his petition dated 31.08.2012, neither his petitions have been answered, nor has the problem been resolved.
Then it is more accurate to talk about a distribution company that commits crimes in defiance of the law, in which case the consumer has been victimized when it should be the relevant distribution company that should be punished.
In this case, it is necessary to prevent the victimization of consumers by initiating the implementation of competent organizations to solve problems in no time.
