An important development that has occupied the agenda recently is urban regeneration projects. Urban regeneration projects that have started to be implemented in many of our countries and are continuing to work on projects in many areas; It brings new investment obligations to EDAs on the one hand and opportunities to provide more up-to-date data on customer service management on the other.
Since investment programs and applications are more in the area of expertise of plant units, we want to share our views in terms of customer service management.
As it is known, the areas where urban transformation is applied are generally; it is applied more intensively in areas of cities with older textures or around dense settlements. That's why the subscription process for customers in these regions was established years ago! Therefore, customer information could not be updated during the period of time on the one hand; distribution and retail services have not been sufficiently efficient with the distribution of locations.
One of the problems of EDAs for many years, the issue of not clearly conning the number of active subscribers and their installed power, perhaps in this sense, an institutional solution step will be taken.
During the energy sector in buildings to be demolished because there was not enough coordination between the units in previous periods; the business department cuts off electrical contact of buildings without shopping for information with customer service. Thus, many customers still appear to be active customers in the EDAS system due to the fact that the customers in that building have accrued, consumed and yet un accrued debt collection, refund of the security fee and contract termination procedures cannot be made.As a result of the continued operations in this way, customer service today faced difficult situations in this regard.
Customers in thousands of buildings that will be demolished at this stage of urban transformation will be able to to keep the customer portfolio and information healthier by duly doing so.
When starting this application, it should be removed from the portfolio of customers who appear to be active customers in the present situation but are not actually in use for years, have been liquidated and destroyed and have no possibility of use.
